Terms and ConditionsARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES Check in time begins at 3:00 PM. Certain properties may have virtual check in. If so, you will receive your key code prior to arrival. If you arrive to our beaches early, we encourage you to enjoy our public beaches and area attractions. Check out time is 10:00 AM. Prior to departure, we
ask that you do the following: RENTAL PAYMENTS Your initial reservation payment is due payable at the time of booking. The reservation deposit is applied as pre-paid rent. Rental Payments are to be paid in full 30 days prior to your arrival date. All payments can be made by MasterCard, Visa, Discover or Echeck. We do not accept American Express. If you have not cancelled within the timelines listed above, Steward Real Estate may charge the full balance to the credit card/cards on file. DEPOSITS Guests are responsible for any damages that occur during their stay if not covered by Accidental Damage Waiver. All payments can be made by MasterCard, Visa, Discover or Echeck. We do not accept American Express. TAXES AND FEES A $29.00 nonrefundable processing fee is charged at the initial reservation. Lodging tax may vary by property location. Departure fees vary by size property (see confirmation for amount). CANCELLATION POLICY CONDOS: Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to arrival in order to receive a refund less processing fee. All cancellations are subject to a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations less then 30 days prior to arrival forfeit the booking deposit, rent taxes and fees. If you have not cancelled within the timelines listed above, Steward Real Estate may charge the full balance to the credit card/cards on file. HOUSES: Cancellations must be made 60 days prior to arrival in order to receive a refund. All cancellations are subject to a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations less then 30 days prior to arrival forfeit the booking deposit, rent taxes and fees. If you have not cancelled within the timelines listed above, Steward Real Estate may charge the full balance to the credit card/cards on file. TRAVEL INSURANCE Steward Real Estate is proud to offer CSA Vacation Rental Insurance. Vacation Rental Insurance reimburses for pre-paid non-refundable expenses due to certain unforeseeable circumstances that may cause you to cancel, interrupt or delay your trip. ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE INSURANCE This Security Deposit Protection plan covers unintentional damages to the rental unit interior that occur during your stay, provided they are disclosed to management prior to check-out. The policy will pay a maximum benefit of $3,000. Any damages that exceed $3,000 will be charged to the credit card on file. If, during your stay at one of our Rental Properties, an Insured Person causes any damage to real or personal property of the unit as a result of inadvertent acts or omissions, the Insurer will reimburse the Insured for the cost of repair or replacement of such property up to a maximum benefit of $3,000. Certain terms and conditions apply. Full details of the Security Deposit Protection coverage are contained in the Certificate of Insurance or Insurance Policy. The Security Deposit Protection can be purchased up to, and including at, check-in. By submitting payment for this plan, you authorize and request CSA Travel Protection and Insurance Services to pay directly Steward Real Estate any amount payable under the terms and conditions of the Security Deposit Protection. Please contact Steward Real Estate directly if you do not wish to participate in this plan or assignment.We reserve the right to charge the guest's credit card or account for any damages that occur during the stay. PARKING Unless
otherwise stated, some properties may only allow 1 vehicle per unit (regardless
of the size of the occupancy level). A maximum of 2 vehicles will be allowed at
all other properties. Unless otherwise stated - all properties do not allow
parking of boats, jet skis, trailers or motor homes. The minimum age of the person renting is 25 years of age. OCCUPANCYWhile booking your vacation stay, you will see the maximum number of people allowed per reservation (this includes children). This number is not only based on the number of guests that are able to sleep at the property, but also by local laws and owner preferences. FURNISHINGS The furnishings in your vacation rental have been selected to help make your stay comfortable. All of our rentals have multiple photos along with a video tour. This should help you get a great image of where you will be staying. Some interior photos may differ due to owner updates or changes. In all of our properties you will also be furnished with the following:
If you are locked out of your unit, we charge a $25.00 fee to reissue a key during normal office hours. Our after hours fee is $50.
Most of our rentals are not pet friendly. Please see rental description for details. OWNER'S CLOSETS Many
of our properties may have a locked "Owner's Closet". Please
respect this space and do not attempt to enter the closet. Please
report any maintenance issues to our main office. |
