Check in time is 3PM on all of our units. If you need to check in early, please let us know prior to booking. What Time Do I have To Leave? Well, we know it's always hard to leave the beach, but check out is at 10 AM. Please make sure your alarm is set and you are ready for your return trip. Our beach has several GREAT places to eat or maybe enjoy a little more beach time before you leave the area. What About if We Change Our Mind? We do require a holding deposit be placed when you book your stay; however, schedules change and events happen. If you must change your stay,Steward Real Estate will refund your deposit on Condo rentals up to 30 days prior to your check-in date minus the Processing Fee. Guests booking a Beach House must give a 60 day notice if plans change. We also charge a $25 cancellation fee on both Condo and Beach House cancellations. If you have not cancelled within the timelines listed above, Steward Real Estate may charge the full balance to the credit card/cards on file. What About if We Get Sick or A Storm Comes? Reality is we all get sick and our beaches do get stormy sometimes. We highly recommend that you purchase Travel Insurance when you book with us. Travel Insurance will cost you 6.95% of the rental rate. This is a BARGAIN and we highly recommended it. Travel Insurance will not only pay 100% of the any non-refundable payment you have made, but will also cover several other unexpected incidents that may occur (Travel Delay, Baggage theft/damage or loss, Medical/Dental expenses, and more). Can We Smoke Inside The Property? No - Steward Real Estate does not offer smoking units. How About a Pet? Please check the description when looking for a pet friendly place.
